Return & Refund Policy

At Nafees Home Appliances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be:
    • Unused and in its original condition
    • In the original packaging, with all manuals and accessories included
    • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number)

Note: Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Personal care appliances (e.g., trimmers, hair dryers) once opened
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs
  • Items purchased on clearance or marked “non-returnable”

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team via email or phone within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if damaged or defective).
  3. Our team will review your request and share pickup or drop-off instructions.

Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after product inspection.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (bank transfer, credit card, etc.).
  • In some cases, store credit or exchange may be offered instead.

5. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
